Return & Refund Policy

At T TALE, we take pride in the quality of our story-based apparel. We want your chest to be a perfect billboard. If something goes wrong with your order, we are here to help make it right under the following guidelines.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests exclusively under the following conditions:

  • The product received is physically defective or damaged.
  • The delivered t-shirt is the wrong size compared to your order.
  • The delivered t-shirt is the wrong color or design.

* Note: We do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

2. The Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect both our customers and our business, an unboxing video is strictly required to process any return or refund.

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened for the first time.
  • The video must clearly capture the defect, wrong size, or wrong color immediately upon opening.
  • Claims without a clear, uncut unboxing video will not be accepted.

3. Return Timeframe and Item Condition

If your item meets the valid reasons for a return, you must initiate the request within 7 days of receiving the delivery. To be eligible for a successful return, the t-shirt must be:

  • Completely unused and unworn.
  • Unwashed and completely free of any odors or marks.
  • Returned with all original T TALE tags fully attached and intact.

4. Return Shipping and Refunds

If your return request is approved after reviewing your unboxing video:

Delivery Charges

T TALE will cover the full cost of the return delivery charge. We will arrange for the pickup or guide you on how to send it back at our expense.

Refund Method

Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility, the approved refund will be issued directly to your bKash account. We will contact you to confirm the correct bKash number.
