At T TALE, we are committed to ensuring your story reaches you as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping practices and policies below.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch

Once you successfully place an order on our website, our team requires 1 to 2 working days to process, pack, and hand over your t-shirt to our delivery partner.

2. Delivery Timeframes and Charges

We partner with Pathao to ensure reliable delivery across Bangladesh. You can expect your package to arrive within 5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Standard Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka:80 BDT
  • Outside Dhaka:120 BDT

Note: Any special promotional offers regarding shipping (such as free delivery thresholds) will be clearly communicated via the notice bar or banners on our website.

3. Order Tracking

We believe in keeping you updated. Once your order is handed over to Pathao, you will receive tracking updates directly to your registered mobile number via SMS. This allows you to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

4. Failed Deliveries and Unavailability

We expect our customers to be available to receive their orders.

  • If our courier partner attempts delivery but you are entirely unavailable to receive the package, you are still liable to pay the delivery charge.
  • If you need to reschedule a delivery, please coordinate directly with the Pathao delivery agent using the contact information provided in your tracking SMS.

5. COD Refusals and Account Bans

Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered as a convenience to our customers. To maintain this service and protect our business from fraudulent orders:

If you refuse to accept a COD parcel at your doorstep without a valid, verifiable reason (in accordance with our Return Policy), your account and phone number will be permanently banned from making future purchases on T TALE.

6. International Shipping

For our global customers wishing to wear their story, international shipping is available upon request.

  • You must contact our support team prior to placing an order.
  • Customer Responsibility: All international shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are 100% the responsibility of the customer. T TALE will not cover or refund these charges under any circumstances.
