At T TALE, we believe your chest is your billboard, and our designs are original stories crafted for that space. All content included on this site—such as text, graphics, logos, images, t-shirt designs, and website code—is the exclusive property of T TALE and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our designs or website without express written permission from us.

3. User Accounts & Guest Checkout

You may browse our store and make purchases as a guest or by registering for an account.

• If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

4. User-Generated Content (Product Reviews)

• You grant T TALE a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and publish your review across our marketing channels.
• You agree not to post content that is offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove any reviews that violate these guidelines.

5. Pricing and Product Availability

• Price Changes: The prices of our t-shirts and other products are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or suspension of a product.
• Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, designs, and descriptions of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.

6. Shipping & International Orders

T TALE primarily operates within Bangladesh.

• Domestic Orders: Shipping times and costs within Bangladesh are calculated at checkout. Standard delivery inside Dhaka is Tk. 70, and outside Dhaka is Tk. 150.
• International Orders: If you wish to have a product shipped outside of Bangladesh, you must contact us prior to placing an order to arrange custom shipping and verify feasibility. We reserve the right to decline international orders if prior contact has not been made.

7. Returns and Refunds
